The BSc (Hons) Human Resource Management is designed for students who want to understand how people contribute to the success of organisations. Throughout the course, you will explore the key principles of human resource management, including recruitment, employee development, performance management, employment practices, leadership, and organisational behaviour.
You will learn how businesses attract, support, and retain talented employees while developing strategies that improve workplace performance and employee wellbeing. The programme combines business theory with practical learning, helping you develop valuable skills in communication, problem-solving, decision-making, teamwork, and strategic thinking.
Through real-world case studies and business scenarios, you will gain the confidence needed to manage workplace challenges and support organisational success.
