Business Management Certificate of Higher Education (CertHE)

This Business Management CertHE programme provides a strong introduction to modern business, developing essential management, communication, and analytical skills. Study key areas including marketing, finance, and strategic management while gaining practical experience and the confidence to progress into further study or begin a career in business.

The Business Management CertHE programme is designed to provide a solid foundation in business principles and management, preparing you for further study or a successful career in a wide range of industries. With a flexible curriculum, you can tailor your learning by choosing modules that match your interests and career ambitions.

Throughout the course, you will explore core business disciplines including marketing, finance, and strategic management while developing highly valued transferable skills such as critical thinking, problem-solving, communication, teamwork, research, and academic writing. Practical learning experiences, real-world projects, and industry insights ensure you can apply your knowledge in professional settings.
Applicants are normally expected to have:

40 UCAS Tariff points.

Applications are also welcomed from students who do not have traditional entry qualifications. Alternative qualifications, relevant work experience, and prior learning will be considered on an individual basis.

All applicants must successfully complete and pass an Introduction to Higher Education, which provides an introduction to university study, the virtual learning environment, and the structure of the programme before progressing onto the main course.
