Administrative Assistant

As we continue to expand, we are seeking a motivated and professional Administrative Assistant/Customer Care Advisor to join our team and help drive our success forward.

Key Responsibilities:   

The successful candidate will manage a variety of important tasks, including: 

  • Administrative Tasks: Managing the timely printing, copying, and scanning of course materials to support our educational services.   

  • Student & Assessor Support:  Assisting students and assessors during CSCS courses to ensure smooth course delivery. 

  • Payment Management: Accurately recording and maintaining payment details for the courses provided.   

  • Customer Service: Handling client inquiries via telephone and in person, processing bookings, and providing exceptional customer care. 

  • Document Proofreading: Ensuring the quality and accuracy of company documents. 

Academic Recruitment Consultant   

As an Academic Recruitment Consultant, you will be a vital part of our operations, ensuring smooth, effective processes and upholding the high standards we are known for. This role demands excellent communication, organizational skills, and the ability to handle multiple responsibilities with professionalism and attention to detail.   

Key Responsibilities:   

  • Providing administrative support across various business functions.   

  • Ensuring clear and effective communication between internal teams and external partners. 

  • Handling client and student inquiries with professionalism and enthusiasm, representing our partner universities. 

  • Managing the administrative tasks, including admissions, student finance and paperwork.   

  • Maintaining accurate records and following up on tasks to ensure efficiency and productivity.   

  • Collaborating with the marketing team to drive engaging campaigns and initiatives.   

  • Managing clients with diplomacy and ensuring positive customer service outcomes.  

  • Processing internally provided leads, with no need to generate your own, ensuring you are fully supported. 

  • Assisting students throughout the enrolment process with care and efficiency. 

  • Working within a high-performing team, motivating one another to achieve outstanding results.

Recruitment Consultant   

As a Recruitment Consultant, you will play a pivotal role in connecting potential students with life-changing educational opportunities.  

Key Responsibilities:   

Your responsibilities will include: 

  • Responding to inquiries professionally and enthusiastically, promoting courses from our partner universities.   

  • Conducting interviews to understand each prospective student’s unique goals and aspirations.   

  • Providing full support throughout the admission process, ensuring a smooth and positive experience for potential students.   

  • Assisting students with paperwork and guiding them through student finance options, helping them navigate the financial aspects of their education.   

  • Maintaining organized records and ensuring timely follow-ups to keep the recruitment process on track.   

  • Collaborating with the marketing team to contribute to engaging, effective campaigns that resonate with potential students. 

Marketing Executive

We seek a talented and dynamic Marketing Executive to join our innovative team. In this role, you will drive our marketing initiatives, enhance brand visibility, and deliver impactful campaigns that support business growth.

Key Responsibilities:   

  • Lead Marketing Campaigns: Take ownership of marketing campaigns from concept to execution, ensuring seamless integration across all platforms and channels.

  • Develop Creative Strategies: Leverage your creative acumen to design and implement innovative internal marketing initiatives that captivate and engage target audiences.

  • Collaborate Cross-Functionally: Work closely with internal departments and the marketing team leader to deliver compelling weekly email campaigns that drive lead generation and conversion.

  • Media Coordination: Handle the planning and placement of monthly advertorials in leading trade publications and local business media to elevate brand recognition.

  • Design Marketing Collateral: Utilize your design skills to produce high-quality, visually appealing marketing materials such as brochures, flyers, and business cards.
