Our Terms & Conditions for the CSCS Level 1 Course & CSCS Level 1 Renewal Course cover key policies on booking fee validity, rescheduling, cancellations, refunds, and non-attendance.
1.Booking Validity
The booking fee for the CSCS Level 1 course remains valid for a period of 14 days from the date of the initial appointment.
2.Rescheduling Policy
Clients may reschedule their booking within the 14-day validity period or prior to the course commencement, utilising the same booking fee, provided that notification is given at least 24 hours in advance of the scheduled appointment.
3.Late Rescheduling and Non-Attendance
Rescheduling requests made less than 24 hours before the scheduled appointment, or failure to attend the course without prior notice, will result in the forfeiture of the booking fee.
4.Booking Expiry
Should the client neither attend the course nor reschedule within the 14-day validity period, the booking will be deemed expired. A new booking fee will be required to secure any future appointments.
5.Cancellation and Refund Policy
Cancellations made more than 24 hours in advance of the scheduled appointment will be eligible for a refund of the booking fee.
