BA (Hons) Business Studies (Top-Up)

The Business Studies Top-Up degree develops your skills in business strategy, management and decision-making for a successful career in business.

The Business Studies (Top-up) degree helps you build on your existing qualifications to advance your business career, developing the skills to lead teams, solve complex challenges and make strategic decisions in today's competitive business world.
Year 1

You need 112 UCAS points from Level 3 qualifications such as A Levels, a BTEC Extended Diploma, an Access to HE Diploma, or T Levels. You also need GCSE English and Maths at grade 4 (C) or above, or an equivalent qualification.

Foundation Year Entry

You need 72 UCAS points from Level 3 qualifications, plus GCSE English and Maths at grade 4 (C) or above, or an equivalent qualification.

Direct Entry

You may be able to join Year 2 or Year 3 if you have relevant higher education qualifications or credits in a related subject.

Mature Applicants (21+)

If you do not have the required qualifications but have relevant work experience, you are encouraged to apply. Applications are considered individually. Some applicants may need to complete an English language assessment.
