The NCFE CACHE Level 3 Diploma for the Early Years Workforce prepares learners aged 16+ to become Early Years Educators, working with children from birth to age 5. No specific entry requirements, though Functional Skills in Maths, English, and ICT are recommended. Level 2 qualifications in English and Maths now meet staffing ratio requirements in childcare settings.
