BSc Construction Management with Foundation Year
The Construction Management with Foundation Year degree is designed for individuals who want to build a successful career in the construction industry but do not yet meet the entry requirements for a standard degree programme.

The Foundation Year provides essential academic and practical skills, introducing key concepts in construction management, project planning, health and safety, and professional practice.
This structured pathway builds your confidence, knowledge, and readiness for progression into the full degree programme and future employment.
Applicants may join the programme at different stages depending on their previous qualifications. Entry to Year One normally requires 112 UCAS Tariff points, together with GCSE English Language and Mathematics at Grade 4/C or an equivalent qualification. Direct entry to Year Two is typically available to applicants holding an HNC or another recognised Level 4 qualification in Computing or Information Technology. Students applying for Year Three should normally have an HND, Foundation Degree, DipHE, or another relevant Level 5 qualification in a computing-related subject. Applicants entering at Levels 5 or 6 must also provide evidence of Level 2 Mathematics or an equivalent qualification, although exemptions may apply in certain circumstances. Mature applicants with relevant professional experience may also be considered. International applicants must meet the University's English language requirements.
