Often, the crucial topic of mental health in the Construction industry remains unspoken and inadequately addressed. 

Conversations frequently focus on visible hazards such as heavy machinery or asbestos exposure. 

We're proud to step up and tackle this important issue by introducing our Mental Health in Construction course.

This course aims to facilitate conversations about Mental Health in the Construction sector and provide guidance on addressing the prevalent stigma. 

It is divided into easily navigable sections to educate learners on various mental health issues, their underlying causes, how to seek support, and available resources.
