The Extended MSc International Business with Human Resource Management combines international business with specialist human resource management knowledge. Students build academic skills through an integrated Graduate Certificate before progressing to the master's programme, preparing for careers in HR, international business, management, consulting, and leadership.

The Extended MSc International Business with Human Resource Management is designed for students who need additional preparation before starting a master's degree. The course combines a Graduate Certificate with a full MSc programme, helping students build the academic, research, and professional skills needed for postgraduate study. Students develop knowledge of international business, global marketing, human resource management, leadership, finance, and business strategy.

The programme explores how organisations manage people in an international environment while responding to global business challenges. Teaching includes lectures, seminars, workshops, tutorials, and independent study to develop communication, leadership, analytical, and problem-solving skills. After successfully completing the Graduate Certificate stage, students progress to the MSc programme.
Applicants should normally hold a third class, pass, or ordinary degree, or an equivalent qualification. The extended route is designed for students who do not meet the standard entry requirements for direct entry onto the MSc programme. Applicants whose first language is not English must have an IELTS score of 6.0, with no individual component below 5.5, or an accepted equivalent qualification. The Graduate Certificate stage helps students develop the academic, research, and study skills required for postgraduate learning. Students who successfully complete this stage with a minimum 50% pass mark in each module can progress directly to the MSc International Business with Human Resource Management programme.
