BA (Hons) Business Management
The BA (Hons) Business Management (Advanced Entry) builds knowledge of leadership, management, strategy, and business operations. Students develop practical skills through real business projects and research, preparing them for careers in management, consultancy, business development, and a wide range of professional business roles.

The BA (Hons) Business Management (Advanced Entry) is designed for students who already have a relevant Level 4 qualification and want to complete an honours degree. The course helps students develop the knowledge and practical skills needed to succeed in today's business world. You will study leadership, management, business strategy, ethical decision-making, problem solving, data analysis, marketing communications, negotiation, consultancy, and organisational management. Learning takes place through lectures, workshops, tutorials, case studies, and practical activities that reflect real business situations.
The course also develops communication, teamwork, research, and critical thinking skills that employers value. By the end of the programme, graduates will understand how organisations operate, make business decisions, and respond to changes in the economy. The degree prepares students for careers in management, consultancy, business development, and many other professional business roles.
Applicants must have a relevant and recognised Level 4 qualification, such as a Certificate of Higher Education (CertHE) or Higher National Certificate (HNC) from London Metropolitan University or an equivalent qualification. Students who have completed a London Metropolitan University CertHE may not need to complete an English language test or academic interview. Applicants must also have GCSE English Language at grade C/4 or above, or an equivalent qualification, or Functional Skills Level 2 in English.
As part of the admissions process, applicants will attend either an admissions interview or an academic interview. Mature applicants with relevant work experience but without standard qualifications are encouraged to apply and will be considered individually. This programme is not available for students who require visa sponsorship.
