This Business Management degree with Foundation Year helps you develop the knowledge and practical skills needed for careers in business, management, and leadership. You’ll learn how organisations operate, use data to support decision-making, and build valuable skills in communication, teamwork, problem-solving, and entrepreneurship.

This Business Management degree is designed to develop the knowledge, skills, and confidence needed for a successful career in business, leadership, and management. The programme begins with a Foundation Year, helping you build essential academic, communication, and digital skills while introducing key business concepts such as entrepreneurship and how organisations operate.
Throughout the course, you will explore important areas including management, finance, marketing, strategy, business analytics, project management, and organisational behaviour. You will develop practical skills through real-world projects, case studies, presentations, reports, and consultancy-style assignments, allowing you to apply business theory to workplace situations.
The course also focuses on data-driven decision-making, leadership, teamwork, and problem-solving, helping you become a confident and adaptable professional. By graduation, you will be prepared for careers in management, consultancy, marketing, finance, operations, entrepreneurship, or further study.
Applicants Must be Aged 18+ and:
Have a Level 3 qualification equivalent to 80 UCAS tariff points only.
Have five GCSEs at grade 4/C or above or equivalent.
Be assessed via an interview for listening, speaking, numeracy and writing (more details shown in ‘Next steps’ section).
Applicants Aged 21+:
We welcome applications from students 21+ who do not match the standard entry requirements but who can demonstrate willingness and commitment to studying this subject, and who can evidence academic, professional or vocational experience in a related field.
