This Hospitality Management course helps you develop the knowledge and practical skills needed for a successful career in the global hospitality industry. This Hospitality Management programme is designed for students who want to build a successful career in the global hospitality industry. Throughout the course, you will develop a strong understanding of how hotels, restaurants, tourism businesses, and other hospitality organisations operate while learning how to manage people, services, and customer experiences.
You will study key topics including hospitality operations, leadership, innovation, sustainability, customer service, and business management, combining academic knowledge with practical learning. Through lectures, seminars, case studies, group discussions, and industry-focused activities, you will develop valuable skills in communication, teamwork, strategic planning, problem-solving, and decision-making.
The course encourages creativity, professionalism, and responsible business practice, preparing you to meet the changing needs of the hospitality sector. By the time you graduate, you will be well equipped for management roles within hospitality or to continue your studies at postgraduate level.

Applicants with Previous Qualifications
Applicants are normally expected to have:
A minimum of 5 GCSEs (or equivalent qualifications) at grade C/4 or above.
Applicants from countries where English is not the majority language are expected to demonstrate English language proficiency with an overall IELTS score of 6.0, with no individual component below 5.5.
Mature Applicants (21+)
Applicants aged 21 and over who do not meet the standard entry requirements may still be considered through our assessment-based admissions process. We recognise that relevant work experience, volunteering, and life experience can provide valuable skills and knowledge that support your studies.
Mature applicants may be required to:
Provide supporting documents, including valid identification, a personal statement, and proof of address dated within the last three months.
Complete a Screening for Accreditation of Prior Experience (SAPE) assessment to demonstrate how previous experience relates to the course.
Meet the English language requirements where applicable. Applicants from non-majority English-speaking countries are expected to achieve an overall IELTS score of 5.5, with no individual component below 5.5.
Provide any additional supporting documents that may be required based on the details of their application.
