BSc Global Business Management (Top-up)

The BSc (Hons) Global Business Management (Marketing) combines business management principles with specialist marketing knowledge. Students develop practical skills in market research, digital marketing, strategic planning, and consumer engagement, preparing them for careers in marketing, business development, brand management, and other roles within the global business sector

  • The BSc (Hons) Global Business Management (Marketing) equips students with a broad understanding of business management while developing specialist expertise in marketing within an international context. The programme explores areas such as market research, consumer behaviour, digital marketing, strategic management, and brand development, enabling students to understand how organisations create value and engage customers in competitive global markets.

Through practical projects, case studies, and industry-focused learning, students strengthen their analytical, creative, and decision-making abilities while applying marketing concepts to real business challenges. The course also develops leadership, communication, teamwork, and research skills that are highly valued by employers.

  • This programme offers flexible entry points for students with previous qualifications in business or a related discipline. Applicants joining Year Two are normally expected to hold a recognised Level 4 qualification in business or management. Direct entry to Year Three is available for applicants who have successfully completed an HND, Foundation Degree, Diploma of Higher Education (DipHE), or another recognised Level 5 qualification in a relevant subject.

Applications from candidates with suitable professional experience may also be considered where appropriate. International applicants must satisfy the University's English language requirements, typically achieving an IELTS score of 6.0 overall, with no individual component below 5.5, or an accepted equivalent qualification. Applicants should also meet any country-specific academic entry requirements published by the University.
