The programme offers flexible entry points for applicants with previous qualifications in business, finance, banking, or a related subject. Entry to Year Two normally requires a recognised Level 4 qualification in a relevant discipline. Applicants wishing to enter Year Three should typically hold an HND, Foundation Degree, Diploma of Higher Education (DipHE), or another recognised Level 5 qualification in an appropriate subject area.

Applications from individuals with relevant professional experience may also be considered where appropriate. International applicants are required to meet the University's English language requirements, usually an IELTS score of 6.0 overall, with no individual component below 5.5, or an equivalent recognised qualification. Applicants should also satisfy any country-specific academic requirements published by the University.
