Health and Social Management with Foundation Year
This Health and Social Care Management degree develops the leadership and management skills needed to work in health and social care services. You'll learn how to improve care, lead teams, and respond to the changing needs of individuals and communities.

This Health and Social Care Management programme is designed for students who want to develop the knowledge, leadership skills, and confidence needed to work in management roles across the health and social care sector. You will learn how health and social care organisations operate, how services are planned and delivered, and how effective leadership can improve the quality of care for individuals and communities.
Throughout the course, you will explore important topics such as health policy, service improvement, ethical practice, safeguarding, and the changing needs of society. You will also develop valuable skills in communication, teamwork, problem-solving, critical thinking, and decision-making that are highly valued by employers.
By the time you graduate, you will be prepared to lead teams, manage services, and contribute to improving health and social care organisations. The course also provides a strong foundation for further study and professional development.
We welcome applications from students with a wide range of educational and professional backgrounds. Whether you are progressing directly from education or returning after a break, we consider every application individually.
