These Terms and Conditions apply to the Free Starter Pack Campaign, through which eligible students enroling in partner universities via our agency for the Autumn 2026 intake may qualify to receive a complimentary laptop, subject to the conditions outlined below.

1. Eligibility

This offer is open to prospective students who apply to and enrol in a university program through our agency.
The student must successfully secure admission for the Autumn 2026 intake.
The student must not already be enroled through another agent or directly with the institution.

2. Qualifying Criteria

The student must complete the full enrolment process through our agency, including application submission and acceptance of the offer.
The student must pay all required tuition fees for the first semester as stipulated by the university.
The student must commence their studies and remain actively enroled.

3. Reward Details

Eligible students will receive one (1) laptop as a reward.
The laptop model and specifications will be determined by the agency and are subject to availability.
The reward is non-transferable, non-exchangeable, and cannot be redeemed for cash or alternative items.

3.1 Claim Process

The reward can only be claimed after the successful completion of the student’s first semester.
Students must provide proof of enrolment and completion of the first semester (e.g., transcript or official confirmation from the university).
Claims must be submitted within 60 days after completion of the first semester by email at info@crystalandco.co.uk.

3.2 Disqualification

Students who withdraw, defer, or fail to complete the first semester will not be eligible for the reward.
Any fraudulent activity, misrepresentation, or breach of these terms will result in disqualification.

3.3 Delivery of Reward

The laptop will be delivered within 30-60 days after successful verification of eligibility.
Delivery arrangements will be coordinated directly with the student.

3.4 General Conditions

This offer is subject to change or withdrawal at the agency’s discretion without prior notice.
By participating in this campaign, students agree to these Terms & Conditions.
The agency reserves the right to make the final decision in case of any disputes.
