Access and bridging courses are designed for individuals who don’t currently meet the entry requirements for university or higher-level study. These courses help you develop essential academic skills, boost your confidence, and earn the qualifications needed to progress.

 

Whether you’re returning to education or looking for a fresh start, they provide a supportive pathway into degree-level learning—often with direct progression routes into college or university programmes.

The Level 3 Diploma in Management Skills & Knowledge is designed for individuals who are currently working in, or aspiring to move into, supervisory or first-line management roles. This course provides a comprehensive foundation in essential management practices, preparing learners to lead with confidence, drive performance, and support team and organisational success.
